These Terms of Use govern access to and use of argit.pro for exchanging ARGIT and USDT. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, as well as to the Privacy Policy and other rules provided on the website. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Risk Disclaimer Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risk.

The use of cryptocurrencies, including ARGIT and USDT, may result in total financial loss. You should be aware of the following risks:

Price Volatility. Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly due to market demand, regulatory changes, news, and global events.

Access Loss Risk. If you lose access to your cryptocurrency wallet or forget your private keys, you will not be able to recover your assets.

Our platform provides automated cryptocurrency exchange services, including ARGIT and USDT. Our platform does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice. All transactions are performed based on an automated smart contract, and our role is limited to providing the technical means for exchange. The user assumes full responsibility for all actions they take on the platform. We do not guarantee successful completion of transactions or the receipt of profits from the use of our services.

Including, but not limited to, money laundering, terrorism financing, and other unlawful activities. In case of suspected violations, the platform reserves the right to suspend or block the user’s access to services without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials and assets. Users of the platform are responsible for tracking their tax obligations and complying with the tax laws of their country. We do not provide tax advice, and the responsibility for complying with tax regulations rests solely with the users.

12. Non-Security Disclaimer

The ARGIT token is not a security, stock, bond, derivative, or any other regulated financial instrument. The token does not constitute an investment contract, collective investment scheme, or any other form of regulated asset under the laws of any jurisdiction. Transactions involving the ARGIT token do not constitute investment activity and do not grant holders any rights to profit sharing or project management.

13. Compliance with Tether Requirements

By using our platform to exchange tokens for USDT, you confirm your compliance with all the requirements outlined on the Tether website. Even if certain requirements are not explicitly listed on our page, you confirm that you accept all the terms described on the Tether website and comply with all their rules.

14. Responsibility for Understanding the Materials

The client bears sole responsibility for properly understanding and interpreting all terms of use presented on the platform. If the client requires a translation of the materials into another language, they agree to obtain an accurate translation themselves and assume full responsibility for any errors or misunderstandings resulting from incorrect translation or interpretation of the materials.

15. Prohibited Use Clause

Clients agree not to use the ARGIT token or the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, and other unlawful conduct. In case of suspected violations, the platform reserves the right to suspend or block the user’s access to services without prior notice.

The client acknowledges and agrees that the platform is not liable for the actions or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to wallet providers, exchanges, and blockchain platforms. All cryptocurrency transactions conducted using third parties are done at the client's own risk.

17. Refund Policy

All transactions performed on the platform are final and non-reversible. Refunds are not available unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in these Terms of Use.

18. Technical Failures and Availability Notice

The platform does not guarantee continuous availability of services and may temporarily suspend operations for maintenance, network failures, cyberattacks, or other circumstances. Clients acknowledge and accept the possibility of such interruptions and limitations.

19. Security and Data Protection Policy

We make every effort to ensure the security of clients' data and assets. However, clients acknowledge that any data transmitted over the internet or blockchain may be subject to attacks. The platform is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access or data breaches.

20. Time Limitation for Claims

All claims related to the use of the platform or the ARGIT token must be submitted within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

21. Choice of Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, and matters arising out of or related to the use of the platform and the ARGIT token shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction chosen by the platform administration. Users agree that jurisdiction selection is solely at the discretion of the platform, and this right cannot be transferred to users or third parties under any circumstances.
